BUILDING: Top choice is Patterson. If I can’t get in there, then Chatham.

NUMBER OF ROOMMATES: I’m thinking of a two bedroom or a three bedroom.

I COULD NOT LIVE WITH A ROOMMATE THAT: Isn’t open minded. Doesn’t appreciate other cultures. Takes things without asking. Loves Drama. Plans on breaking the DCP rules because they think they are “stupid”. Doesn’t respect the other roommates. Isn’t reasonable.

3 GOOD QUALITIES IN A ROOMMATE: Understanding, friendly, and an anglophile (hehe).



LIFESTYLE

DO YOU DRINK? Well, I’ll be 21 on this program so I’m looking for roommates who are 21+ and want to live in non-wellness. I’m not the type that drinks to get drunk all the time but I want to be able to have a little something here and there.

DO YOU SMOKE? No.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS? None.

MESSY OR TIDY? A bit of both. However it doesn’t take long for me to be overwhelmed by my ‘messes’ so I clean up quickly. Also, I’m very respectful of others and their personal space so no matter how ‘messy’ I’d get, my junk will never be in your way.

DO YOU LIKE TO COOK? I don’t mind it but I don’t have much experience doing so. Give me a cookbook though and I should be fine!

NIGHT PERSON OR MORNING PERSON? Both, really.

DO YOU HAVE A CURRENT JOB? WHERE? No current job. Just being a full time college student.

FAVORITE CHORES? Dishes and vacuuming.

LEAST FAVORITE CHORES? Bathroom.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT SHARING? Ask and ye shall most likely receive.

DO YOU SNORE? A little bit but nothing a light sleeper should be worried about.

WHAT TIME DO YOU USUALLY GO TO BED? It honestly depends.

WHAT TIME DO YOU WAKE UP ON FREE DAYS? I’m not gonna lie, around 11-11:30 am.

I PREFER TO SLEEP IN A ROOM THAT IS: Dark. I need a “cool temperature” room. I’d rather have to snuggle under blankets then sweat the night away. If you are a type of person that falls asleep with the tv on, that is okay by me (as long as the volume is on the low side).

PERSONALITY

THREE WORDS THAT DESCRIBE YOU: Nice, funny, and caring.

ONE GOOD QUALITY: I’m loyal so long as you are loyal to me. Ha, that sounds like I’m in the mafia or something. No but seriously, if you allow me to be friends with you, I’ll always be there for you.

ONE BAD QUALITY: I stress out about a lot. Important things, dumb things. I don’t drag other people down with me though so anyone living with me shouldn’t be affected they might just notice it.

Favorite tv shows: Doctor Who, Sherlock, Skins (I might be getting to old for it but whatever), Dance Academy, Glee (haters gonna hate), Smash, The IT Crowd, American Horror Story, I watch some Lifetime shows as ultra guilty pleasures (Dance Moms/ Wife Swap/ American Super Nanny) but I wouldn’t say they are my “favorites”.

FAVORITE MOVIES: SO MANY. I eat films. Anything by Guillermo Del Toro, Quentin Tarantino, Tim Burton, Dario Argento, David Lynch, All the Harry Potter films, and SO many more. Something I should say though: I like every film genre; comedy, drama, blockbuster, horror, foreign, etc. I watch weird gore/horror/dark/violent films so if that could be a potential problem… you’ve been warned. Of course I wont always watch them on my tv (Oh, I’m almost certain I’m bringing my plasma and Blu-ray player).

FAVORITE MUSIC: A lot! Like film genres, my taste for music varies. Of course, there is one exception… I just can’t get into country music. I try and I can’t. I also enjoy a handful of show tunes. Yes, it’s true.

FAVORITE SONG: ‘Cabaret’ by Liza, ‘Don’t Rain On My Parade’ by Babs, and ‘Express Yourself’ by Madonna. Those are the top three songs I never get tired of but I have many more favorites.

INTERESTS: Musicals, Films, Art, Photography, Jewelery, Traveling, The UK, Talking AND listening, Crafting, and I can’t think of anything else right now.

OTHER: I really want to open myself up to the world and allow myself to meet new people and create amazing friendships. I could be shy at times and I might come off as stand-off(ish) but honestly, my heart is in the right place. I want my apartment to be a safe zone and I want all us roommates to be able to trust and talk to one another. Sorry if that’s a bit cheesy. ALSO, I’m kinda really sarcastic. I mention this because sometimes people don’t catch on to that right away and think I’m this vapid brooding gal but honestly, I’m really not. In fact, I might care too much at times. But yes, I plan on bringing a TV and a Blu-ray player. Those are the two “big things” I’ve considered bringing that could obviously be enjoyed by a roommate.
